Adedoyin is a Microbiology graduate with a master’s in Human Resources & Industrial Relations and an Advanced Certificate in HR Management from Cornell University. A professional member of ACIPM, she has held various HR roles, including leading HR for Evercare Hospital and overseeing HR functions in Kenya and Bangladesh. Currently, she is a human resources specialist at Energie NB Power. A Certified Coach and Career Advisor, she co-owns the MEG Foundation with her husband and is a mother of two.

Tope is a first-class graduate of the University of Lagos, a Chartered Accountant, and a Chartered Personnel Manager currently pursuing an MBA at Warwick Business School. He began his career in banking as a business development officer before transitioning to HR, where he has over 13 years of experience. His expertise includes HR strategy, organizational development, career management, and performance management across various industries. Tope is currently HR Manager for Rewards, Policy & ER at Heirs Oils & Gas Ltd.
Olasunkanmi Soyoye
CFO/Consultant
Ola is a Finance and Investment Manager with over 13 years of experience in Corporate Finance Advisory, Business Development, and Public Sector Finance Management. A chartered accountant with expertise in debt and equity finance, treasury, and financial risk analysis, he holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Lagos and an MBA from Durham University Business School, UK. Ola has worked with major banks in Nigeria and the UK, helping to build corporate strategies and gain proficiency in Public Sector Accounting and Finance.
